The Elite Baltimore Gun Club has many members during the Civil War Who invented guns for the war. They made cannons and mortars if they had high ranks. They made pistols if they had low ranks. They made rifles for Middle rankers. The guns size had an effect on how many people they killed.
The cannons could kill up to 337 people in one shot. The pistols could kill up to 86 people in one shot. The rifles could kill 207 people in one shot. The mortars killed 417 in a failed attempt to fire a shot. All of this is what won the Civil War.
During a speech, the president of the club,John Barbicane,Was spoken to by a rival of his. The rival,Captain George Nicholl, interrupted while talking about conquering the moon. The men challenged each other to a duel but instead took bets on whether or not a cannonball with a man in it could reach the moon or not. Barbicane won.
