George Bellows was  very involved with his subjects. He saw them and met them and painted them but he didn't really know them well. His paintings made me feel sad. His paintigs made me feel sad because people died in some and they were not the people on Glee. He did know his most popular models pretty well though. He painted soon-to-be famous people.

Seize the day

Seize the day is about Tommy Wilhelm. Tommy is away from his wife and wanting a divorce. But she will not divorce him. His father told him not to trust a man named Tamkin who is a psychiatrist and knows about the market. He convinces Tommy to buy some lard and says it will go up in price. He is very wrong. 

Tommy always goes to breakfast with his dad and one day he finds his dad's new friend there. He drinks Coca Cola and eats breakfast. He meets Tamkin and talks about Tamkin's patients. They go to the market and check lard but its price has gone down. So Tamkin buys December rye. Tommy is soon nearly broke and his dad will not lend him money,but his wife needs money for her boys and asks him for it.

Tommy goes down to a street corner. There he sees Tamkin standing. Tamkin is talking to man,but Tommy cannot hear what about. Tommy sees he is near a funeral and leaves. He soon thinks about money again and asks his dad again. His dad says no and his wife needs more money soon. Tommy tells her about how he is broke and cannot send money,but she does not listen.

Science

While many creatures use sexual reproduction,others can use asexual reproduction. The anemone is one such creature. It can stretch over areas to make two of itself. This makes a clone. A clone is an exact copy of something else. If the original had a defect,the clone will too.

The critics did not like the Gross Clinic back then because they were stupid. The critics now are smarter. The Gross Clinic Was a good painting. The critics were mean back then too. They are nicer now. The Gross Clinic could have happened back then. The art critics did not like realism.

The Literature of Dorian gray

Dorian Gray is a young man who wants to look good forever. He gets a picture of himself from basil Hallward and wishes that it would age instead of him. He gets his wish. He becomes friends with a man named Lord Henry. Dorian falls in love a girl named Sibyl Vane. She calls him Prince Charming since she does not know his name. Her brother James,a sailor, wants her to marry someone else. Dorian sees her backstage as she is an actor. She weeps because she didn't do well in her show. She commits suicide because he does not love her anymore. Her brother tries to find and kill Dorian. When he finds him it is 18 years since she died. And Dorian is still 17. He does not kill Dorian because he does not know it is Dorian. Later,Dorian commits suicide. He cannot age,because his picture ages instead of him.
